Wow! What a Blessing! Thank You!

"For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God."

Wow! We cannot thank you all enough. Stacey and I just found out that all of the money that we were lacking has come in through donations and the matching grant from Lifesong for Orphans! We prayed that God would provide and He has through all of you. Thank you sooooo much for your love and financial support. We hope to have good news about the adoptions soon!

Update on Adoption!

I get a lot of people asking where we are in the adopting now, so I thought I would add a post to update those who are interested. Our little plane is on stage 4 which means that our documents have been translated and approved in Ethiopia. We are now at the stage where we really could receive a referral (which is when they assign us the children) at any time. We are expecting to be getting a referral perhaps in April or May, which would mean we would have two children in July or August! It is all very exciting, but we are basically in that stage where we wait. Pray that even now God is preparing the hearts of these two children to learn of and love Him. (BTW this is a picture that CCI uses on their website to keep us up to date with the progress of our adoption, thanks Sue!)
